Orders shipped within the United States will be sent via UPS. If you have selected UPS Ground as your shipping option, expect your package to arrive within 1-2 weeks. If UPS 2nd day air is selected, expect your package to arrive within 3 days of your order.

UPS does not ship to post office boxes, so please provide a street address where we may ship your order.

International orders will be shipped Air Parcel Post. Allow four weeks for delivery of international packages. Once international shipping charges are calculated, we will email you a confirmation of the amount that will be charged to your credit card.

Tracking numbers will be listed on the invoice included in your shipment. If you have not received your shipment within the specified time, and would like to request a tracking number, please email us at orders@paintboxpress.com.
